Cabinetry Return Policy
Every project is built-to-order and is not eligible for return. Please review your project dimensions and order carefully prior to payment.

Rev-A-Shelf Accessory Return Policy
Rev-A-Shelf accessories are eligible for return if the following criteria is met:
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted to customerservice@cliqstudios.com within 90 days of product receipt.
- If return is approved, customer is responsible for arranging and paying to ship product back to the manufacturer.
- Customer is required to send tracking information to customerservice@cliqstudios.com to ensure manufacturer knows return product is enroute.
- Manufacturer will inspect return product. If product is in re-saleable condition, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be in the original form of payment and take 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
ZLINE Return Policy
ZLINE product(s) are eligible for return if the following criteria is met:
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Returns are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
- Return requests must be submitted to customerservice@cliqstudios.com within 30 days of delivery of product.
- If return is approved, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying to ship product back to the manufacturer.
- Customer is required to send tracking information to customerservice@cliqstudios.com to ensure manufacturer knows return product is enroute.
- The manufacturer will inspect returned product. If the product is in resalable condition, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be in the original form of payment and take 1-2 weeks to process.
- Accessories such as chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, etc., are not eligible for returns.
Richelieu Return Policy
Richelieu decorative hardware is eligible for return if the following criteria is met:
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted to customerservice@cliqstudios.com within 30 days of product receipt.
- Returns are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
- If return is approved, customer is responsible for arranging and paying to ship product back to the manufacturer.
- Customer is required to send tracking information to customerservice@cliqstudios.com to ensure manufacturer knows return product is enroute.

- The $5 samples are not eligible for returns and are non-refundable.
