Who would have guessed that gray would take over the spot of most popular neutral? It doesn’t look like the popularity of this color hue is fading at all. Gray, the new neutral, has the unique quality of being a close cousin to White. In many color palettes white just moves smoothly into gray. Gray does what white can’t, it warms up a room and creates cohesion. The warm grays are a terrific option for transitional design and remodel of older homes.
