Unique finishing details paired with a light and airy color palette leaves you refreshed and wanting more. Let’s dive into more of the stunning details of this elevated and regal kitchen design.
CliqStudios kitchen designer, Shannon Bonewitz, worked directly with her client to create this gorgeous design. She talked about what the design process looked like. “Kathy came to us with dimensions of her kitchen and was open to ideas. She showed me around her Florida home, and shared what details she liked so I had a better understanding of her style. We collaborated well. Once the layout, door style and finish were finalized, she decided to purchase.”
This gorgeous design consists of many upgrades and must-haves. The cabinets were in Craftsman line’s Harrison Divinity for a glowy look. Storage was plentiful with a range wall full of drawer bases for pots, pans and other dishes. Across the aisle, the sink wall has a roll-out tray pantry, a pull-out tray divider base cabinet and a pull-out trash cabinet next to the sink.
Decorative touches were added like glass wall cabinets for display over the generous farm-style sink, warm wood paneling on the backsplash and brass hardware for a touch of glam. What put the design over the top was the accent lighting and matching curved wood hood with brass strapping. The clients’ elevated ZLINE appliances really complemented the design with the two-two designer finish. CliqStudios also now carries select ZLINE offerings.
Altogether, this kitchen remodel was a complete success. Designer Shannon spoke about the rest of the project. “About a 1-½ months after she purchased, she changed the layout a bit, adding a peninsula and some cabinets below the window for extra storage. It was a good decision as it gave her more storage and seating space that would have otherwise been empty.”
Along with that great decision, they added built-in bar cabinets. Shannon’s client decided to create a bar with the same cabinets as the kitchen for a cohesive design. As you can see, they carried the elevated and regal style into the bar with similar wood paneling to tie the spaces together. Overall, this design ended up light, airy, and stunning.
