Project coordinators interact with homeowners all across the nation getting started on kitchen remodeling projects. They introduce them to our company, products, free design service via inbound phone calls, email and chat and document all interactions in our customer relationship management tool.
Our project coordinator team is a bright group of people who love what they are doing to create a unique experience for our customers.
You will be successful in this role if:
- You are outgoing and can handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and sales/customer-service skills.
